Q. Are the shirts true to size?
A. Yes, all shirts are true to size.
Q. I’d like to wear the art wear as a T-shirt dress. What size do you recommend?
A. If you wear a small, order an extra large in cotton material. If you wear a medium, order an XXlarge in cotton material. If you wear an extra large, order an XXXL. We also offer halter neckline dresses that come with most of the same designs on them!
Q. Do you offer custom jacket or shoe designs?
A. Yes! Please email for a quote. Note that there is a 50% non-refundable down payment that must be paid before your item can be customized.
Q. How much do your custom designs cost?
A. Great question! Depends on what you would like customized. Please email for a quote.
Q. Where are you shipping from?
A. Our company is based in California and products in our inventory and hand painted apparel are shipped from there. Occasionally products are shipped from our manufacturer overseas.
Q. Are shipping fees included in the price?
A. No, shipping fees are not included in the price.
Q. How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A. All orders take approximately 1-3 weeks before arriving.
Q. Is there a return/refund policy?
A. Yes, we do have a return/refund policy. Our policy only applies to a defective product (wrong size or wrong product).
