Q.  Will the earrings break on me?

A. No, the earrings are made to last. We ensure all pieces are tested against our breakage standards. Your earrings will last you years to come with normal wear and use. We've had customers fall asleep in our earrings, run them through the washer/dryer  and the pieces were fine. **This does not apply if you are purposely trying to break them.**

Q. Are the earrings heavy?

A. No, the earrings are made from polymer clay and are lightweight. Most polymer clay earrings weigh less than a quarter, and certainly less than any earrings of a comparable size from any department store. 

 

Q. Do you make the earrings yourself?

A. Yes, all earrings on our site are made by hand from our owner, Khyra. Her & her team members come up with all the design ideas and she executes them.

Q. Do you offer wholesale on items?

A. Yes! Please visit our page on Faire for all available wholesale items, peacepeepdesigns.faire.com.  However, if you see a design on our website that you want to order in bulk, please email us at peacepeepdesigns@gmail.com to discuss wholesale options.

Q. Do you offer custom jacket, shoe, or purse designs? 

A. Yes! Please email peacepeepdesigns@gmail.com for a quote. Note that there is a 50% non-refundable down payment that must be paid before your item can be customized. 

 

Q. How much do your custom designs cost?

A. Great question! Depends on what you would like customized, but prices start at $150 for any . Please email peacepeepdesigns@gmail.com for a quote.

Q. Where are you shipping from?

A. Our company is based in California and our earring inventory and hand painted apparel are shipped from there. Occasionally products are shipped from our manufacturers in the USA or overseas.

Q. Are shipping fees included in the price? 

A. No, shipping fees are not included in the price.

 

Q. How long does it take for my product to arrive? 

A. Shipping varies. All earrings orders, once shipped, take approximately 3-5 days to arrive.  If you've placed an order for stationary, backpacks, or Artwear, shipping times will range from 1-3 weeks. Paintings take approximately 3-5 days to arrive once shipped. All timeframes apply if shipping w/in the US. For countries other than the US, you will receive information on shipping via email.

Q. Is there a return/refund policy? 

A. Yes, we do have a return/refund policy. Our policy only applies to a defective product (wrong size, wrong product or damaged product). Please email us at peacepeepdesigns@gmail.com regarding refunds.
